MOUNTING SYSTEM
The Roof Tent has a storage area and a one-of-a-kind railed mounting system. The fastening loops are completely adjustable on the rails and can be used to attach lashing, expanders, etc. This way surfboards, spare tires, cargo boxes, canoes, etc can also be mounted.
BASE PLATE / SLATTED BED FRAME
The Roof Tent is outfitted with a multiply glued, very solid, wooden slatted bed frame. The frame is firmly screwed to the base plate and provides extra stability.
LATCHES
All five latches are made out of stainless steel and can be secured with an additional lock. |

MATRESS
Material: dense foam, cotton cover. Sleeping area: 138cm x 210cm
WINDOW
When both panorama windows are open, the tent is especially bright. The windows can be darkened, if so desired.
ENTRY AREA
Rear entrance: This entry area is used most often and is reinforced with a strip of solid wood.
The outer shell and the mosquito net can be rolled up separately and have fasteners to be secured in place. |

INTERIOR
Offers ample space for 2 people. The interior is encased in a high quality inner tent. Two pockets each are found on both the left and right sides of the inner tent to store flashlights or other utensils. When open, the tent is ca. 145 cm high at its tallest point. The interior is more spacious than one would presume looking at it from the outside. Two people can sit comfortably inside and have space to change clothes. Contrary to camping in normal tents, the roof tent offers the ability to use normal bed sheets which increases sleeping comfort considerably. At the same time we recommend against using down pillows or comforters, due to the potential to attract moisture. |

VENTILATION
Vents are found above the windows and the entry area , which provide for optimal air circulation when the tent is closed. The vents are furnished with mosquito nets and can be closed, if so desired.
LADDER
The roof tent is delivered with a 2,05 meter long ladder. Hooks to attach the ladder prevent it from slipping out of position.
ROOF BOX
When closed, the tent has space not only for the provided ladder but camping chairs and other objects as well. Upon removal of the mattress, the roof tent can also be used as a cargo box. |
